Directed approximately 35 initiatives and 90,000 technology hours annually for a major retail partnership, aligning business, technology, vendors, and partner leaders around delivery and measurable business outcomes.
Operational Excellence
Analyzed 127 processes and redesigned intake and operating practices to reduce manual effort, strengthen ownership, improve controls, and create efficiencies equivalent to approximately 10 full-time roles.
